Judge rules New Yorkers can keep their big gulps. (VIDEO)

In June of last year, New York City Mayor Bloomberg declared war against soda and attempted to ban super sized beverages in the city in order to combat obesity.

But one New York judge has blocked the ban on sugary drinks larger than 16 ounces.
