Stop-and-Frisk secret recordings prove NYPD targeted blacks (VIDEO)

Officers with the New York Police Department have come forward and blown the whistle on the Stop-and-Frisk program in the Big Apple.

According to the whistleblowers, officers are expected to meet a quota when it comes to enforcing this provocative policy which many say is targeting minorities in the community.

Until now, NYPD officials were denying racial bias, but two recordings could turn the tables on the policy. Jose LaSalle, organizer against Stop-and-Frisk, joins us to discuss the surprising evidence and how this program has affected his family.
