How the CIA turned a 'cat' into a 'rat' (VIDEO)
The Central Intelligence Agency is continuously looking for new and innovative ways to spy on unknowing suspects.
In the 1960s, the agency used cats as spy agents and a veterinarian would implant a microphone and radio transmitter in the head of the animal.
