Chaos on the streets of Brooklyn after NYPD kills teenager. (VIDEO)

On Monday night, residents in Brooklyn, New York held a candlelit vigil for 16-year-old Kimani Gray, an African American teenager who was shot and killed by two New York police officers on Saturday.

According to law enforcement, Gray pointed a loaded gun at the officers before the cops opened fire.

The peaceful demonstration protesting the incident quickly turned chaotic after protesters started hurling bottles at police officers.

Activist Carl Dix joins us to discuss what needs to change in order to stop these incidents from reoccurring.
