What does that mean in 21st-century terms? No Facebook to communicate with supporters. No outside e-mail log-ins. No instant messaging. Hard adjustments for a staff that helped sweep Obama to power through, among other things, relentless online social networking.

What? The White House does'nt have "instant messaging?!"
To state the obvious, obviously, it's a security thing, I think. And, as an increasingly aging old dinosaur, I kind of liked Atari...oh, 21st Century, that's right...I keep forgetting.
But jadedj -- they weren't expecting to find Tandy 2000s in the Oval Office!
But the White House had "The Google" as George used to claim.
