Ghost military base in Afghanistan cost tax payers $34 million (VIDEO)

As the US winds down the war in Afghanistan, the US military is having a hard time figuring out what to do with a military base in the Southwest portion of the country.

The $34 million base which was completed this year will more than likely never be used.
