New Yorker's rejoice, an appeals court has ruled Mayor's Bloomberg attempt to ban sugary drinks over 16 ounces "unconstitutional."

The attempt at banning sugary substances was in an effort to combat the city's obesity problem and now the mayor is planning on appealing the court's decision.
