Government gives subsidies to the dead (VIDEO)

A new report released by the Governement Accountibility Office says that between 2008 and 2012 - the Agricultural Department gave out over $30-million-dollars in farm subsidies to 4500 people who had been dead for over a year. RT's Erin Ade has the details.
