Amash Anti-NSA Amendment Creates New Political Coalitions (VIDEO)

Though it was narrowly defeated on Wednesday night, the Amash Amendment to defund the NSA's mass surveillance of American citizen's cobbled together new political coalitions that could be a force in Congress moving forward. Progressives are joining with the Tea Party and members are breaking away from leadership.

And this could be just the thing Congress needs as its approval rating hit historic lows.
