So now Sarah Palin is going to play the role of policy wonk. Ok, so that governor thing in AlasKa didn’t work out so well.
The awful media that kept her name in the news just made her life miserable and she made a point of letting everyone know it when she called a press conference to announce her resignation as governor.
And of course the next day invited all of the mainstream media to Alaska for interviews in order to describe how quitting wasn’t actually quitting. It was…something else.
Now we are being treated to Sarah the policy thinker.
The very mainstream media that she can’t stand is the very same media that she goes to (Washington Post) in order to present her conservative thinking on the subject of “Cap and Trade”.
This is a subject, which both she and John McCain had endorsed during the campaign.
Sarah now refers to it as “Cap and Tax”. That’s a term you’ll hear on the Sean Hannity radio show.
Has Sarah ever had an original thought of her own? It seems that she’d like to be taken seriously, like a Newt Gingrich in a skirt, or maybe, waders.
Sarah will never offer an idea that moves the country forward.
She appeals to resistance and dresses it up in the flag, religion and “American values”.
