George Bush and Dick Cheney know,
just like they know Al-Qaeda doesnt exist. Osama bin Laden was kept alive by the Bush Administration so they could continue to scare the American people, especially when they wanted some other news off the radar.Al-Qaeda ("The Toilet") was created by the CIA to put all groups fighting the US into one large scary Mother F*cker Terrorist umbrella when all the insurgents are hardly connected, oftenn hating each other to death.
Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda now live with George W. Bush in Texas, in his mind.
