New student loan bill to benefit the government (VIDEO)
Ten days after Congress missed the deadline to keep student loan interest rates at 3.4 percent, it seems that lawmakers are now ready to come together and come to an agreement to avoid burdening students even further.
So would the proposed agreement solve the financial problem?
