Amsterdam clogged up by bikes (VIDEO)

Amsterdam's love affair with bicycles has hit a bump in the road. The capital of Netherlands is now struggling to cope with the growing bike population.Government is planing to spend $135m to alleviate the problem. Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Amsterdam.
