Facebook 'Likes' are protected free speech, court rules (VIDEO)

Facebook users rejoice, the Fourth US Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled that Facebook "likes" are protected under the First Amendment.

The ruling comes from a case back in 2009 where a Virginia Sheriff ran for re-election and his employees liked the opposition on the social media site. Producer at The Majority Report, Matt Binder, takes a closer look at the court's ruling.
