Congress attempts to rein in NSA spying (VIDEO)
Amidst the furor over the debt ceiling, Obamacare and a potential government shutdown, efforts to reform the National Security Agency are quietly moving forward.
Since June, Edward Snowden's leaked revelations about how the NSA spies on American citizens have led to the introduction of more than a dozen pieces of proposed legislation designed to rein in the NSA and bring light to the top-secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
Those bills have now been combined into one comprehensive bill. RT's Sam Sacks has more information on Congress' efforts to reform the spy agency.
