Government's definition of 'terrorist' encompasses practically everyone (VIDEO)
According to the US State Department, "no one definition of terrorism has gained universal acceptance" within our government.
And what constitutes a terrorist is rather expansive, as Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) explains.
