D.C. Allows Muslim March, But Denied Bikers Protested Anyway (VIDEO)

Parts of I-95 were closed as bikers rolled in and took over the Washington Mall. 

The "2 Million Bikers to DC" were able to make an impact, despite the government's inability to permit them. However, the National Park Service was able to permit Muslims for their 9-11 March on Washington.
