The State Dept. Spend How Much on its Facebook Page?! (VIDEO)
A report by the Office of the Inspector General of the Bureau of International Information Programs discovered that the U.S. State Department spent $630,000 to buy 'likes' on its page between 2011 and March of 2013.
This is a move that Facebook discourages and even punishes users for.
So is this money well spent when it comes to digital diplomacy?
