One of the dirty little secrets about liberals is that much of what they do is centered around contempt for the poor, not compassion for the poor. Why do they want abortion clinics around minority neighborhoods? They talk about it in terms of "women's rights." They feel like the poor have nothing to add so the more of them that are dead, the better. Why do liberals support welfare and food stamps for the poor?
