American Federal officials have recently approved a New Mexican company's application to convert its cattle facility into a horse processing plant.

It would appear the US is gearing up to allow the production of horsemeat again, after a several-years long ban.

But horsemeat isn't the only questionable ingredient on your BBQ grill this Fourth of July. The Resident (aka Lori Harfenist) discusses
