Yahoo FOUGHT against NSA's warrantless spying program but lost and was forced by secret court to join PRISM







Court documents show that the Internet company had initially refused to join NSA's spying program, insisting that it was unconstitutional, but the secret FISA court sided with the intelligence agency, calling Yahoo's privacy concerns 'overblown.'
