Warrantless DNA testing upheld by Supreme Court (VIDEO)







In a 5-to-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that your DNA can be obtained without a warrant.

Police officers have the right to collect genetic data with a simple swab of the cheek after an arrest in order to identify the person apprehended and to potentially crack open cold cases.
