UN: Impossible to determine Syria chemical attack perpetrator (VIDEO)

The UN has rejected Washington's claims the Syrian government used chemical weapons, saying it wasn't at all convinced. Meanwhile the ''Friends of Syria'' group of nations meeting in Qatar, have defended their efforts to arm rebels.
