Tahrir? No, Taksim: Teargas, burning cars in Turkey recall Arab Spring (VIDEO)








At least two people have been killed and more than a thousand people have been injured in Turkey in protests and fierce clashes with police that have continued for several days now.

Almost a thousand have been arrested.

What started as a peaceful sit-in against plans to revamp a park in central Istanbul has spiraled into a nationwide display of anger against the government.
