Monsanto secures victory over organic farmers (VIDEO)
The biotech company Monsanto has won another major legal battle over seed patents.
The US Court of Appeals has thrown out a lawsuit that would preemptively prevent Monsanto from suing small organic farmers with traces of the company's crops in their fields.Steve Bemis with the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund explains the case.
