Instead of giving them life sentence, Florida prefers rushing executions to save money (VIDEO)






Florida is one of the last states to incorporate the electric chair when it comes initiating inmate executions.

Now, lawmakers in the state are planning on expediting executions in an effort to cut down on costs.

The "Timely Justice Act" would give the governor 30 days to sign a convicted murder's death warrant after the conclusion of the appeals process.
