Arrested for swearing in New York! (VIDEO)







William Barboza was caught speeding in Liberty, NY.

He pleaded guilty and mailed in his fine.

And he included a note with his payment, wherein he swore and changed the name of the town from Liberty to Tyranny.

The county then rejected his guilty plea, made him appear in court, and arrested him for his foul language - a flagrant violation of his first amendment rights.
