Where were the FDA and USDA? Were they jerking off to internet porn on their taxpayer-funded computers, the way the SEC did while Bernie Madoff-with-the-loot screwed his investors for $65 billion, and like the MMS did while British Petroleum engaged in reckless drilling practices that unleashed the world's worst environmental disaster?

Has the entire Federal Government ceased to be of any benefit at all to the people of the United States?
