Report cites air marshals for sexism, harassment, bigotry and suicides inside this 'boys' club'

The report -- the result of a two-year investigation into allegations of discrimination and retaliation within the service -- found "Federal Air Marshals repeatedly portrayed their supervisors as vindictive, aggressive, and guilty of favoritism."

In Orlando, a board was posted on a wall where managers allegedly used derogatory code words to refer to homosexuals, African-Americans and veterans -- employees who would be harassed or get undesirable assignments.

A total of 454 formal or informal equal opportunity complaints were filed by employees between Sept 2006 and April 2011.

Despite all this, the report concluded "...our review does not support a finding of widespread discrimination and retaliation."

2/7/2012 -- Radiation Test DIRECTLY at Byron Illinois Nuclear Power Plant (VIDEO)

Today, we drove into the mouth of the beast -- Location : 1/4 mile south of the Byron Illinois Nuclear power plant. We passed within a few hundred feet of the structures. Got some GREAT shots of the steam venting near the reactor buildngs.

This nuclear plant 'vented' clouds of steam laced with tritium this past week -- the clouds were blown by prevailing winds over downtown Chicago, IL. Thus the reason for this measurement taking trip. Todays levels near the plant directly are below the alert level of 100CPM -- but a full 20CPM above downtown Chicago (those tests will be uploaded later tonight).

Todays measurements averaged between 45cpm and 48cpm. Several more to still be processed and uploaded.. most averaging in the 50CPM range..

Obama declares Bradley Manning guilty before he has been tried by saying, "He broke the law!"

Obama told activist Logan Price in an exchange caught on camera that Manning, 23, had acted irresponsibly and risked the lives of US service members by allegedly sending secret military and diplomatic documents to the website.

"He broke the law," Obama said.

"We're a nation of laws. We don't let individuals make their own decisions about how the laws operate."

Manning supporters maintain that Obama's comments as-commander-in-chief could prejudice the deliberations of a jury of military officers at Manning's eventual military trial.

"President Obama is the commander-in-chief. The jury that demands the guilt or innocence of Bradley Manning will be made up of military officers under his command," said Kevin Zeese, a Bradley Manning Support Group lawyer.

Ten supporters of accused whistleblower Pfc. Bradley Manning paid at least $5,000 to attend a fundraiser with President Barack Obama Thursday and interrupted his speech with a song protesting soldier's treatment.

Obama was speaking at a San Francisco hotel to a room of about 200 donors -- some of whom paid as much as $35,800 to attend the event -- "when a woman in a white suit stood up and said, Mr. President we wrote you a song," according to a White House pool report.

Tortured WikiLeaks Leaker Bradley Manning to Be Moved to Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas

WikiLeaks suspect Bradley Manning is being moved from the Quantico brig where he is currently being held to the prison at Ft. Leavenworth in Kansas, according to the Pentagon.

The Associated Press reported that the move is connected to criticism about how the Marine Corps brig in Quantico, Virginia, has treated the Army soldier. But at a press conference on Tuesday, the Army’s general counsel downplayed the criticism.
