Nancy Pelosi Questions If Trump Is Stable; Dems Reveal 85 Targets For Investigations

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who told President Donald Trump on the phone after the midterm elections last week that she wanted "bipartisanship" and "unity," appears to be taking actions that would do the exact opposite.

Over the weekend, it was revealed that Pelosi questioned the president’s mental state, and House Democrats also indicated that they have a reported 85 targets for investigations and subpoenas.

During an interview with The Atlantic that was published on Sunday, Pelosi said she doesn’t know if Trump is stable.

"I don’t know. You can’t make a diagnosis over TV, they tell me," Pelosi said when asked if she thinks the president is stable.

On Monday morning, it was also revealed that House Democrats are looking into 85 possible investigations and subpoenas. The topics will range from Trump’s tax returns to White House security clearances to his "zero tolerance" immigration policies at the U.S. southern border.

Assuming Pelosi becomes the next House Speaker, she will begin appointing her allies like California Democratic Reps. Maxine Waters and Adam Schiff to chair key committees.

Waters has already vowed to investigate the president’s finances if she becomes the chairman of the Financial Services Committee.

Likewise, Schiff recently revealed that when he likely becomes the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, he will investigate Trump’s "threats" against news organizations, such as CNN.

Pelosi also hasn’t been shy about the big plans Democrats have when they take over the House in January.

Last week, Pelosi revealed that "now" is the time to talk about a comprehensive amnesty bill, adding, "we can talk about how we can come together and put together bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform."

Pelosi is essentially arguing for a sweeping immigration plan that would likely provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens already living in the United States.

Trump has stated numerous times that he would only consider an immigration bill if it included full funding for the wall along the southern border.

In October, Pelosi said she would trade "nothing" to give Trump a border wall and that she would not hesitate to use subpoena power to gain "leverage" in any future negotiations with Trump’s White House.

Pelosi reportedly plans to launch up to 100 investigations into Trump by using subpoena powers in the lower chamber.

Last month, Pelosi revealed that House Democrats would prioritize passing gun control legislation, protecting illegal immigrants, and getting Trump’s tax returns released to the public.

A leaked spreadsheet revealed that House Democrats plan to launch a wave investigations into Trump if they won the House. Last Tuesday, they did, and Pelosi and her allies will undoubtedly seek to endlessly attack Trump until 2020.

Pelosi and Democrats have made it very clear what they will do for the next two years.
