US Military invade Libya and Somalia  (VIDEO)

The military took part in two highly secretive anti-terrorism raids in Africa over the weekend. Navy SEALs took part in the first, in Somalia, aimed to capture one of the men believed to have taken part in the recent hostage situation at a mall in Kenya. The covert action was unsuccessful after the team came under heavy gunfire and had to retreat without the targeted Al-Shabab leader. The second took place just hours later in Tripoli, Libya, where SEALs captured Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai (also known by the alias Abu Anas al-Libi), a man wanted in connection with the 1998 embassy bombings in Tanzania and Kenya. RT's Meghan Lopez asks Col. Morris Davis, a law professor at Howard University, if these two raids show a shift in US counterterrorism policy.
