Brazil to build its own email system to avoid NSA spying (VIDEO)









In the wake of the National Security Agency spying scandal, world leaders are speaking out about the revelations.

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff has led the charge against the US. During the United Nations General Assembly meeting last month, Rousseff called the US spying practices a violation of international law and postponed a state visit in protest.

Over the weekend, the Brazilian president took to Twitter to again speak out against NSA spying. She also wants her country to build its own email system.
