US government admits to killing four Americans with drones (VIDEO)
The Obama administration formally admits to killing four American citizens with drone strikes in a letter to Congressional leaders.
The announcement comes a day before President Obama is set to deliver a major national security speech that many expect will outline an counter-terrorism strategy.
