On Tuesday, lawmakers on Capitol Hill paused for a moment of silence for the victims who died in storms that hit Oklahoma. As of now, 24 people have been confirmed dead and already Congress is debating over disaster relief for those affected by the tornado. But could government funding be in jeopardy?
