Post-Op Palin Debuts Her Round, Heaving Gravitas

Based on all the Internet chatter and what appears to be fairly conclusive photographic evidence, former half-governor, failed Vice Presidential candidate, and self-professed feminist Sarah Palin may have had a boob job recently.

And when I say "boob job" I don't mean a "job for boobs" like co-hosting Fox & Friends or chairing the RNC. I mean an actual boob job, a rumored one, anyway.

Creepy neocon hypocrisies aside, it hardly matters whether or not she actually went through with the procedure since it's clear at this point that all of this attention was exactly what her camp had in mind.

Fake or not, we're staring at them just the same. Mission accomplished.
