CIA Chief says not much choice’ but to use Blackwater "murdering" mercenaries

~

Blackwater mercenaries get paid up to $100,000 per year per man and the company gets about $300,000 per man per year from the US government for work that was previously done by US Marines or Special Forces for about $30,000 per year or less.

How can a company allegedly responsible for killing 17 unarmed civilians in Baghdad in 2007 continue to get State Department and CIA contracts?

CIA Director Leon Panetta says there is "not much choice" because few companies have the capabilities of Blackwater.
