Nevada dumping mental patients in California (VIDEO)

According to officials in San Francisco, Califoria, Nevada is tired of dealing with psychiatric patients and sending them out West.

According to investigations, many patients have been sent to California from a Nevada hospital in an effort to avoid the cost of treatment.

Gabriel Zitrin, deputy communications director for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, has more on the matter.
