White House delays release of secret torture report (VIDEO)

The White House and the Central Intelligence Agency are in no hurry to release a 6,000 page report of the US torture program.

The review was originally requested when George W. Bush was president and in the evaluation of the nearly 6 million documents, one continuous message was present, torture tactics did not produce the intelligence that lead American forces to the capture of Osama Bin Laden.

The report which was approved for release last year has many wondering why the Obama administration has postponed the publication of this document.

Marcy Wheeler, an investigative reporter for EmptyWheel.net, joins us to shed some light on this report.
