US backed 'Saudi regime rigid brutal dictatorship' (VIDEO)
An analyst says despite the widespread protests throughout Saudi Arabia, he does not think that there will be any major concessions by the Saudi regime which is an inflexible brutal dictatorship.
The comment comes as Saudis have staged another anti-regime protest in the central province of Qassim, demanding the release of political prisoners.
Defying a regime ban on public gatherings, scores of Saudis took to the streets of Buraydah on Tuesday to express solidarity with political prisoners. They also called for the immediate release of the 23-year-old political activist, Hood al-Aqil, who was arrested in March after Saudi forces raided his house in the city.
Press TV has conducted an interview with Middle East expert Zaid al-Isa to further discuss the issue.
