FBI Was Searching for Boston Marathon Suspect BEFORE Attack

 

 

 

Could it be possible that yet another high-profile terror suspect was on the FBI's radar before a deadly attack was carried out and the FBI yet again failed categorically to stop it?

Or is this another case where the FBI approached an unstable individual, ran them through the course of planning an attack, supplying them with weapons and explosives and "accidentally" let them go through with it?
