Israel is advancing its settlement plans - issueing tenders for two hundred more housing units to be built in the West Bank.

Meanwhile an Israeli anti-settlement group has released a report, saying the government is stepping up construction in strategic areas to 'prevent the creation of a viable Palestinian state'. And many Israeli settlers share the feeling that the issue has a purely political agenda.
