Facial Exercises : Look Silly Now, Beautiful Later (VIDEO)









You may feel silly doing facial exercises but they work well to tone the muscles of the face and improve the skin tone by increasing blood flow. They can also be used therapeutically to recover from stroke- associated paralysis (see Carole Maggio's Facercise for this one) or Bell's Palsy (see Patricia Goroway's exercises) as well as to ease TMJ.
