USFertility researchers from the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science of Saint Barnabas in New Jersey have created 30 healthy babies who have been genetically altered.
This is weird and disturbing, but it's not the first I have heard of such technology. In fact, I was surprised that this was the first batch of babies they have used this on because I had heard about it so long ago.
Strange things also happen in nature without any help from genetic alterations, such as chimeras, but I think it is dangerous to be intentionally tampering with genes in this way and could lead to all kinds of awful things down the road.
