CREATION OF THE PROBLEM: The USA and Israel claim that Iran Civilian Nuclear Power is a nuclear weapon. The USA and Israel lie to the whole world that "rogue" Iran already has a nuclear weapon.
REACTION TO THE PROBLEM: Americans worry that Iran will attack with a nuclear weapon.
SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM: The American people give the US government & Israel (who created the problem) permission to invade Iran (= solution).
