How do you eat more while losing more weight at the same time? One of the best answers is to eat "negative-calorie" foods, meaning that these foods actually take more energy to digest than they deliver to your body.
While these foods may be an important source of phytonutrients, they are not sources of fat-packing calories.

Hi Chimp! I read ( skimmed over ) the article and all of the foods have one thing in common : FIBER!
Fiber fills us up while not adding on the pounds....
this is why all the weight-loss articles ( the good ones) say to fill up on fruits and veggies . :)
and as for drinking "water" before you eat your food, yes ~ I can vow for that one ! I have been doing this since I was a teenager at home. It works.
Thank you, "Doctor Sunny". I thought this article hit the nail on the head. Low or zero calorie fillers like veggies and water definitely help. Instead of a chimp, I would have been a gorilla by now if I didn't constantly diet.
