CRAPPY RULES ! THE KIDS NEEDED A "BUSINESS LICENSE" ?? THEY "BROKE THE CITY'S LAW??" HUH ?
BACK IN THE 50'S AND 60'S WE NEVER HAD TO HAVE A "CITY LICENSE."
THE MOM WAS RIGHT. AND I THINK THAT THAT CITY'S LAW IS CRAP.

Yp, the police don't catch real criminals anymore. They go after children and use SWAT teams with machine guns to knock down doors to collect past due bills.
