John Lennon's application for U.S. residency has been yanked from auction after the FBI put its foot down ... this according to the auction house. .. "The item has been under investigation by the FBI because it is considered government property."

We are being told there is a major terrorist threat against this nation and Europe, and the FBI has time and resources to waste chasing down Rock and Roll memorabilia?!?

I think it is because he was more popular than J. Edgar Hooverette.
Edgarina was definitely jealous. Wouldn't be surprised if the FBI was involved in his "assassination".
