Do-nothing Congress really does nothing. (VIDEO)

In the two years the 112th Congress has been in session, lawmakers have gone to work in Washington less than a third of the time. The current members of the House of Representatives have only met 130 times this year, and in the Senate that number is even lower. This Congress has been the least productive in recorded American history. Now with only a few days to weigh in on the fiscal cliff, FISA, NDAA and a handful of other items, will they get anything done at all in this lame duck session? RT's Kristine Frazao takes a look.
