Drinking, dog walking, even feeding the birds - all activities now considered criminal in hundreds of London's parks. The move has been slammed by civil liberties groups as an attack on personal freedoms, while the government insists the ban is in place to tackle anti-social behavior.
"It's not the inhaling but the exhaling of carbon gases that we'll be fined for soon. Cattle all over the world are already being taxed for farting!
We'll have to wear filters on our faces to purify our breath!
The horrible thing is that they are creating for profit para-police groups to enforce and collect fines!
