OH, FYI : I'M EATING FOR SUPPER, LEAN GROUND BEEF FROM PUBLIX.

I DON'T THINK PUBLIX PUTS AMMONIA IN THEIR BEEF.
I NEED TO GET MY RED BLOOD CELLS BACK UP.
PUBLIX DOES NOT USE PINK SLIME EITHER!
